is a 31- day wellbeing and fundraising campaign that invites Australians to:

Commit to improving their sleeping habits.

Track their progress via our online platform.

Raise funds to support mental health programs for schools, workplaces, families, and communities.
Join individually or as part of a team, completing sleep-focused activities such as creating bed-time routines, reducing screen time and practicing relaxation techniques.
The Sleep Challenge culminates around World Sleep day (15 March 2026), creating national awareness and a movement for ‘Positive mental Health’.
