CULTIVATE 'POSITIVE MENTAL HEALTH'

Learn and develop the mental strength and ability to prevent 'adverse mental health'.

‘Mental Health’ has become a very serious personal, social and economic threat, especially through the covid pandemic and multiple natural disasters that Australians and millions of people world-wide have faced. The negative ripple effect these life challenges have created, result in an increase in the number of 'adverse mental health' symptoms in both adults and kids. The Australian Department Government of Health states that almost half of all Australians will suffer from mental health, in some degree during their life (*1). The past few years have increased those figures greatly and as a result, there is a significant probability that all Australians have been affected with a degree of 'adverse mental health' illness in some way.

25% of Australians will suffer from anxiety or stress illnesses during their life. (*1 *11)

1 in 7 Australians (3-million people) will suffer from depression. (*11)

8 people die daily in Australia from suicide. It's the leading cause of death for people aged 15 to 44. (*12)

Statistics EXCLUDE the impact of covid pandemic, natural disasters and current pressure compounding mental health problems.

AN INDIVIDUAL'S STATE OF MENTAL HEALTH WILL INFLUENCE HOW THEY THINK, FEEL AND ACT.

 This highly influences their life outcomes, the manner in which they handle challenges (their level of resilience), the quality of their relationships and overall well-being.

The development of 'POSITIVE MENTAL HEALTH' and mental strength is CRUCIAL to minimise the statistics shown above, to manage the illnesses and improve the health of all Australians.

GROUP WORKSHOP PROGRAM INCLUSIONS

The BE UNSTOPPABLE 'Positive Mental Health' Program, is designed to educate and develop awareness regarding mental health, with the preventative measures to take if 'adverse mental health' symptoms appear and most importantly, the development of mental strength and 'positive mental health', to live a mentally healthy life.

 

This program offers multiple benefits to all individuals who embark on the journey of self-understanding and 'taking back control', by raising their level of self-awareness as to why they think, feel and behave the way they do and how to effectively meet their 'human needs'. This program also helps people develop skills for mental and emotional control, to reduce or remove the internal blocks to self-sabotage and understand how to control the forces that influence behaviour, actions and outcomes in all life areas, cultivating 'positive mental health'.

​   POSITIVE MENTAL HEALTH IN-PERSON WORKSHOPS

  • Weekly 4-hour learning workshops (10-week program).

  • Facilitated by Professional Coaches and Certified Counsellors.

  • Program manual full of learning content, tools, resources and activities, provided to each participant.

  • Two additional 1-on-1 sessions offered to all participants with their assigned counsellor or coach.

  • Understand 'Adverse Mental Health' and how to prevent it.

  • Strengthen your mindset and resilience. 

  • Understand your own psychology.

  • Build confidence and self-belief.

  • Improve your communication / relationships.

  • A selection of tea / coffee and biscuits provided for morning tea.

  • Understand and cultivate 'Positive Mental Health'.

  • Strengthen your own sense of worth and confidence.
