ASKING FOR HELP IS A SIGN OF STRENGTH
The following list of organisations are available to help little-kids, big-kids and adults, get the support they need and talk through the ‘adverse mental health’ symptoms, feelings and behaviours being experienced. These organisations offer immediate support, help you manage feelings and behaviours, give you coping strategies and help you seek further support to start the process of feeling better and cultivating ‘positive mental health’.
