The BE UNSTOPPABLE FOUNDATION's purpose is to providing positive psychology and ‘positive mental health’ based programs to help individuals witnessing or suffering from ‘adverse mental health’ including stress illness, anxiety and depression, educating them with treatment and prevention measures to mental health problems and cultivating ‘positive mental health’ and mental strength for life-long prevention of the illness. The programs the foundation deliver can be tailored to educate and support organisations and their staff on mental health and how to cultivate a culture that removes the stigma of discussing mental health problems, while providing strategies to improve staff abilities to develop 'positive mental health'.
