BE UNSTOPPABLE uses the information we collect from you while you are using the Site or from other collected sources in a variety of ways, including:

If you give us credit card information, we use it solely to check your financial qualifications and collect payment from you. We use the trusted and reputable payment processing organisation called “Stripe” to process all credit card payments through our Site. All direct payment gateways affiliated with, including Stripe, adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by the store and its service providers. Stripe is not permitted to store, retain, or use information you provide except for the sole purpose of credit card processing on our behalf.

As a customer of a Stripe User, when you make payments or conduct transactions through our Site, Stripe will receive your transaction information including payment method information (such as credit or debit card number, or bank account information), purchase amount, date of purchase, and payment method. When you make the transaction, Stripe may also receive your name, email, billing or shipping address and in some cases your transaction history to authenticate you. When Stripe conducts fraud monitoring, prevention, detection, and financial compliance activities, they will receive Personal Data from you (and your device) and about you through our Site, financial service providers, identity verification services, and publicly available sources (e.g. name, address, phone number, country), as necessary to confirm your identity and prevent fraud. Stripe relies upon a number of legal grounds to ensure that their use of your Personal Data is compliant with applicable law. Stripe uses Personal Data to facilitate the business relationships they have with their users, to comply with our financial regulatory and other legal obligations, and to pursue legitimate business interests. Stripe uses Personal Data to complete payment transactions and to provide payment-related services to their Users (us). Security of your Personal Information

We take your privacy seriously. We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site. All Personal Information is protected using appropriate physical, technical and organisational measures.


This Site is not directed to minors (children under the age of seventeen) and we do NOT knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children as part of the Site. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personally identifiable information from a minor as part of the Site, we will delete such information from our records. Minors are free to explore our Site without providing any Personal Information about themselves. We post client and associate testimonials and comments on our Site, which may contain Personal Information. BE UNSTOPPABLE has and always will obtain each consent via email prior to posting the client or associate’s name and testimonial.


Our Site includes Social Media Features, such as links to our pages with Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram. These features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our sites, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social Media Features and Widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Site. This Privacy Policy does not apply to these features. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy and other policies of the companies providing them.


How long we keep information we collect about you depends on the type of information. After such time, we will either delete or anonymise your information or, if this is not possible, then we will securely store your information and isolate it from any further use until deletion is possible.
